A Meal or Food you really like
Hello everyone! It's very difficult for me to explain what my favorite food is because I'm not really a picky eater, but if I have to choose one as my favorite food I would definitely choose spaghetti bolognese,I really love this food. It's just spaghetti, meat, and tomato sauce, but it's a real treat. In fact, it is a very simple, inexpensive and quick meal to make, it takes longer to boil the water than the food itself. Only the spaghetti should be cooked, while the meat is cooking, once the meat is ready, the tomato sauce is added, and once the spaghetti is ready, drain, serve them on a plate, add the Bolognese sauce and voila, a delicious lunch. However, it is not something that you can eat every day, as a person needs more nutrients than carbohydrates and protein, also it is good to renew the flavors or it becomes boring to always eat the same thing.
